Kristy Collins leads NorCal Stop the Hate with a deep commitment to safety, empathy, and community care.

With a background in youth education and community advocacy, Kristy brings decades of experience supporting diverse voices and creating unique programs to empower individuals, helping them to feel valued, understood, and safe.

Kristy’s approach reflects the teachings behind Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.

She believes lasting change begins with each individual taking small steps to meet their basic needs like safety and belonging, which nurtures growth, healing, and empowers to take meaningful actions together in community.
